

The Hope Centre for Advancement, LLC is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation and Rehabilitation Facilities or CARF International, an accrediting body of health and human services. Accreditation is a sign of the delivery of quality services and our focus on the satisfaction of the persons we serve. Additionally, we are certified by the state of NC as a Critical Access Behavioral Health Agency or CABHA.This means that we are recognized as a clinically competent organization that offers an array of critical services to meet the needs of its clients.
The Hope Centre for Advancement is committed to continuously improving the services we provide to our clients and consumers. We understand to achieve excellence, we must do the following:
- demonstrate accountability and results by producing information in measurable terms about our results;
- improve performance against our vision, mission and guiding principles to generate the goodwill of consumers, citizens, and partners;
- implement change when necessary;
- attract scares resources; and
- inspire trust from our consumers, the community and our employees.
To those ends, the agency has identified four (4) priorities and five (5) goals. The four major priorities include consumer/customer, quality of services, organizational capacity and business functions. The five goals are:
- to maintain a high level of consumer/customers
satisfaction;
- to provide the highest level of care possible;
- to make services accessible
- to excel in operational and regulatory process; and
- to develop and enable staff to provide high-quality,
evidence-based and culturally competent services.
Additionally, to track our progress towards achieving specified goals, the agency will:
