Community Support Team (CST)

This service consists of extensive mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation services for adults (ages 18 and older). The team of three is comprised of trained professionals who provide direct intervention and arrange, coordinate and monitor services on behalf of the recipient. It is intended for individuals with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, or both who have complex and extensive treatment needs.

Intensive In-Home

This intensive, time-limited, service is offered to youth through the age of 20. This intervention uses a team approach designed to address the needs of children and adolescents who are  either transitioning from out-of-home placements or are at risk of out-of-home placement and need intensive interventions to remain stable in the home and community.

The high road to service is traveled with integrity, compassion and understanding. We pledge to provide the highest level of care possible.
